And if you can’t afford it, well you’ll will more likely have to put the pieces to the puzzle together on YouTube University.
I decided to start cold calling land investors on the website LandWatch.com. Since I started this journey three days ago, there have been several people that I’ve talked to that offered me “valuable” free advice on how to get started. It is like travelling without a map, stopping in every town to get directions on how to get to where you’re going.

During my cold-calling to sold vacant land parcels, I spoke to a real estate coach for a popular real estate training education company. He wasn’t in the need to take on a real estate mentee, but he shared with me that there is a market for what I’m looking to offer. Most real estate investors are lacking in one of these three areas.
