Putting Some Fun Into Making YouTube Shorts

I’m two months away from my one year anniversary of of deciding to become a full-time YouTuber. As of this date, I have uploaded a total of 445 videos. This included removing videos that I had marked unlisted. I have a total of 401 subscribers. It wasn’t until yesterday’s short that I have went over the 400 subscriber mark with two subscriber to my recently YouTube short I had recorded.

Two days ago, I didn’t know where I was going on my YouTube journey. Several of my long form videos series, I had just stopped completely. Teaching Myself Jazz Piano, The Naked Truth, and eBay Newbie series stopped recording.

The main reason I stopped was because of the time commitment. Quite frankly, I was doing too much. In addition, have been unemployed for ten months and I still hadn’t figured out how I was going to earn a living and avoid another eviction.

Combining My Spiritual Journey And My YouTube Journey

While meditating, I heard my Inner Voice say to me that I should take the advice I’m getting. “Create a YouTube short on the advice we’re giving you”, and actually document your journey. This way, you can build faith in what we’re telling you and you can inspire others”, I heard them say. I’m immediately went to start recording that that video.

The next day, I was mentally stuck. I didn’t know where to go with the next video. A day went past without me recording. This is a pattern of my behavior that I’ve been conscious of but didn’t know why.

After another mediation, I knew where my mental blocked laid. It was around fear. I had to push past the fear and all of the loud voices that dampen my creativity. After getting past my resistance, I started on a script, using A.I. This way I didn’t have to memorize my script and get it right after so many takes.

This morning, I looked at my stats and it was much improvement in my numbers from the first video. My inner voice said, “Make a game out of it without caring about the outcome. Here’s how to improve upon the first video.” I took action and this is the outcome of listening to my Inner Voice to guide me to become a full-time YouTuber.

Today, I’m making the intention on beating yesterday’s numbers. And yes, I’ll be listening to my Inner Voice along the way.
