The Office Depot in Hyde Park Chicago is closing its doors due to the University of Chicago, the landlord of the shopping center located on the cross streets 55th and Lake Park in Chicago asking for a renewal of a new lease from the national retailer of 100%, according to one of the managers I spoke to while visiting the store today.
